Cancellations & Final Sales

Orders may be canceled only before a tracking number has been issued.

Once a tracking number has been created or provided, the order is considered final sale and can no longer be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you place an order and later file a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide your order details, tracking information, policies, and other supporting evidence to your bank or payment provider during their investigation.
